Help installing Hid 2002 civic ex
Hello all sorry if this thread was suppose to go elsewhere, I've tried searching everywhere with still no answers to what my problem may be o.k. bare with me here lol. So i bought 6000K Slim Xenon HID Kit+2001-2003 Honda Civic Halo Projector Head Lights from ebay, my problem is after i connected everything my low beams do not turn on only high beams I'm not sure I did something wrong or if there was something else i was suppose to buy to finish this installation. Thx in advance.

Nope no luck with the fuses they are all good though i only checked the fuse box not sure if u were talkin about any other fuse...

you sure you have the ground and hot wire connected properly? I had a kit where the colors were reversed. Try switching them. If that doesn't work, then I'm kinda out of ideas.. lol

I'm assuming I have everything i need connected i will post pics of what I've done I might have to get someone to look at this i have no clue whats wrong, thanks again for all your help Riceboy. Does the ballast have to be grounded ?
