Civic HID Lighting

I want to install a pair of 10000k HID lights but I dont want the Bi-Xenon package & Does anyone think that the brightness of the HID lights will take away the need of high beams?

Re: Civic HID Lighting

You should get the Bi-xenon package. It had a motor thing in the lamps that changes the angles when you hit the highbeams. The regular HIDs just have Halogen high-beams or maybe no function at all.

Its worth it for the times that you want good vision way down the road (or flashing somebody who cut in front of you)

BTW 10K is quite blue, quite a police attractor. I got 5K color temp. Pure white.

I would also hope that you research the company your getting the kit from, there are a lot out there...

DDM tuning for the win. Lifetime warranty.
You can check them out on facebook to see what people think.
http://www.ddmtuning.com/Products/DD...ast-35W-or-55W
The ones in the 'bulb type' drop down menu that say 'hi/lo' are the bixenon ones.

I'd get the wiring harness if your going to 55watt instead of 35w.

I got my kit over a year ago and I got their 'DDM Apexcone Raptor kit' but I can't seem to find that now on their site. The Raptor kit's were third party and their DDM kit is their native brand I think.
