Best Shop in Washington
Best Shop in Washington
I wanna do some stuff to my car (springs, exhaust, etc.) but want to know the best shop in the seattle area. All of them seem so "ricey" and not so friendly, unless you are in their little club. Whats the best shop to get stuff installed. Thanks

THere are Several Shops around Washington...
Examples:
TSR - Bellevue - Overpriced, not very helpfull
ProAuto Sound - Federal Way - Decent Prices but poor Install people (Kids Mostly)
FastLane 2 - Tacoma - Alright for price and install
Speedline - Tacoma - Overpriced for everything
International MotorSport (IMS) - Tacoma - Alright for price but below for install
Morepower Racing - Everett - Alright Prices don't know about install, yet!
Hopefully that will help you in your quest to get the fast RICE (j/K), I mean Civic.
I heard they were "dicks" at More power racing, so I dont think I am going to go to them. I am thinking about going to VTR in Mukilteo...they did my tint and were alright. I was just hoping to see what everyone else thought.

i argee about doing it yourself.
Pretty much anything that is bolt-on for our cars is EASY! However, you do have to have some decent tools, floor jack, ramps, and some mechanical inclination.
Owners manual is a must. If you can't get a hold of one, go to the dealership and photocopy the section that relates to the work you're doing.

<< You mean your gonna stop sking me to do stuff for ya for free? And start paying someone to do it? Wow dude! Your really moving up in the game! Dakota >>
No, I'll still hit you up on the stuff for my Si! I was talking about the 2K1 and buying parts. Where did you say you went to school? I have to make sure my kid's don't end up like you!
