I'll be up from AZ in July weekend of the 17th. I have a family reunion in the Springs but first I'll be visisting my Grandparents in Northglenn (Huron and 92nd). I used to live there and moved to AZ in 88. If any meets are going on let me know, it would be cool to check out some new Civics.

Rep Power: 290 So what's tha haps peeps?
I'll be at the Hamburger Stand weekly meet this sunday (today, 'cause it's late) if y'all wanna come say HI~
If ya don't know where it's at...
Take C-470 to I-70, get off almost immediately on 6th Ave. (or just get to 6th Ave. anyway you know how) and take the Simms/Union St. exit.
Go SOUTH on Simms/union (it's both names at that point) for about 4 blocks, and on the right hand side (WEST SIDE) you'll see the Hamburger stand...just follow all the other ricers, lol. Look for my car, and I'll eventually meet up with you.

Rep Power: 253 Sorry for being out of the conversation for so long guys, I have been working like a (insert hard working ethnicity here), looks like I missed an Auto X, a couple of Hamburger Stands, and a bbq. The plus side is that my bank account is growing rather quickly, and the little cosmetic mods are about to come rolling in (shifter, pedals, e brake, lips, sides, etc), and with any luck I will have some teins sooner than later. I also wanted to get a k&n FIPK II intake, but k&n's website says that they do not have one released for the 2003 yet. WIll a 2002's intake fit just the same? ANYWAY, its good to be back. hooray for summer, even if it is filled with work.

I hate it when companies say this ****...yes it will more than likely fit. UNLESS you've got some weird frankenstein engine (i.e. K20 swap) then no prolly not. lol But if I were you...SAVE the $$$ from the cosmetic additions...and get the intake, exhaust, and suspension done first.

Ya know what's funny...
People think, man I have 200+ whp under MY hood!!!
You may have a TON of hp....but if you don't have the suspension to back it up, you're going NOWHERE....fast! lmao
Seriously, if you can't even drive STRAIGHT w/o wheel hop, and your car LURCHES backward....in a FWD car...that's BAD news.....not to mention, you can't turn for ****, and with all that hp, you'll prolly end up pushing out, and hitting a curb instead of making the turn.
Think of it this way, suspension is what puts the power to the ground (that and tires). So why not make DAMN sure you can USE the hp, BEFORE you have it!
Just my $0.02

Rep Power: 253 Yea, I am defintely looking forward to getting coil overs for my car, its just that every time I get some money saved up I get impatient and just want to buy something. Plus I have no means to put any mods on myself so I wanted to do all the suspension stuff (coilovers, wheels and tires) together so that I can get everything balanced and aligned all at once. Ive already accepted that my car will never be fast, so suspension is top priority.

Rep Power: 253 On the subject, is there any place in town that has a large in store inventory of import parts? The only place I know of is Trenz.

Near as I know...there is NOBODY that STOCKS parts. A few places that can "order" parts for you, but I'd just order them yourself if I were you....saves time/money. If you MUST have someone do the work FOR you.... hit up Tobi (www.highaltitudeimports.com) Look for the forum called Honda Ghandi's performance corner or something like that. He'll do anything you need/want, and he's reasonable as far as price goes. He also doesn't mind chatting with you while he works, he taught me how to do my suspenion. lol
