Question on swap

I have a 1994 civic cx. Has a d15 in it right now and doesn't have the power I'm looking for. I'm making it into a circle track race car and I want to do a swap with an engine from that same era of cars. I was thinking maybe a b16a but am not sure if the tranny/wiring harness will all bolt up and plug into a b16. Any thoughts and opinions are welcome. Thanks guys and girls! -Matt
