i have a 94 honda civic ex with a b18 stock with a aftermarket intake it runs ok..i was thinking about rebuilding it with all brand new parts and putting a turbo kit and a blow off valve ect...should i just rebuild the b18 and put all my crap on it or should i swap it for a k20 and put my crap on that..?? i can fit a k20 in the car but i wanna know if it would be cheaper to rebuild the b18 or get a k20 and rebuild it and put my parts on that..??
Re: engine
Rebuilding a motor is alot more work than you think. But either setup would be good. Which b18 is it, I am assuming its either the LS or GSR. The k20 swap will over power the b series but just realize that there will always be something faster. And if you are wanting to turbo first you need to learn about them cause apparently you know almost nothing and you need to know what you are doing cause you will blow your **** up.
