ECU or short?

I have a 91 civic sedan with a gsr swap. I was driving one day and all of a sudden I had no power when I stepped on the gas. Get home and check the fuses. The ECU fuse is popped. I change it and I turn the ignition, popped. Did this to 4 fuses. Tried it again and it started. Got to drive it to the store. Next turn, popped. So I'm asking, Could it be a bad ECU or could it be a short somewhere. And if it is the ECU, do I match that one with a new one or is there a special type?

Re: ECU or short?

Blowing fuses means there is a short or excessive load.
