Where do the Hot wires and groud wire from the radio come from?

Where do the Hot wires and groud wire from the radio come from?
OK, so the post below this refers to my previous problem, radio hot wire and indash clock stopped working, well I have diagnosed it as I have pulled loose a ground somewhere. Does anyone know where all the grounds on this vehicle are? 95 4door lx. Any help is appreciated.
