Tire Fitment 99 civic Si

I have a 99 civic si and I want to put on some 205 50 r15s on 8 inch wide rims with eather +25 to +0 offset I have a truhart camber kit in the rear and I was wonder if I could lower it about 1 inch without rolling my fenders or would rolling your fenders not even be enough. Any information would be helpful I’m pretty new to this thanks.
