Unhappy Randomly died but is fine now

I'm new to the forum here and hondas in general so whats up! So I have a 1991 hatchback with the dpfi 1.5l, just bought it recently. My problem started this morning, car started great, runs amazing, but I got 10 miles into my drive and then the car just died without any warning. I saw the CEL and oil light come on, so I pulled over and it the car was dead. Got out and checked to see if the engine was still in one piece, and everything looked normal. Tried to crank it and nothing, not even a sputter. Flash forward I towed it home and am doing research, I go through all the ignition components in the distributor and test them. I then cranked it to check spark one more time and it started right up no problem. It ran for about 5 minutes then died again. So now I replace the ignition coil cause the one that was in there was out of spec(I checked with a multimeter). Car starts for a few seconds after the replace and dies. I try to start it again and it didn't die this time. At this time I take out the main relay and resolder all the joints, and put it back in. The car hasn't died anymore today. I left it running to try and see if it would die so I could troubleshoot but it wouldn't. It seems like its fixed but we'll see what happens on my commute tomorrow. The whole distributor was replaced by the guy who had it before me. Any clue of what the issue could've been? It was extremely humid outside today, rained all night and it was just hanging in the air, I'm talking 130% humidity. The distributor cap gasket was out of place and not sealing so maybe the moisture messed something up in there for a bit? As the day went on and got dryer the problems did seem to fade as time went on. Thanks for the help in advance
