Wire came out of the ecu pin

Wire came out of the ecu pin
So basically on the connector that goes into the ecu I accidently pulled the wire off the connector pin (dont ask how) so now theres no wire to pull on when I try to take the pin out. Anyone have any idea how I can get this out as easily as possible?
