Civic EG (EH9) Heating no to warm
Hi i have a EG sedan and also a EK coupe, now is winter and i'm using both for moving around, I noteced one thing the EK heating is much warmer than the EG one, is this normal or is signal of a problem on my EG (both have AC and both discharged lol)?
None of those overheats when driving neither cools down when is going downhill, also the lower hose of the radiator its cold on the first 10 min of the car running, then it warms up.... (seams like the thermoest is OK)
I had a small leak on my EG on the heating valve near the firewall, replaced it now seams ok, also added coollent when replace the valve. On the hoses that came from the heating element inside one is warmer that other, seams normal, since the heating elemnt is a radiator... (the one with the valve is warmer).
Can anyone tell me if this is "nomal" since the EG is older that the EK, or i might have a problem on the EG thats causing this low heating?
