1995 Civic EX trunk leak

1995 Civic EX trunk leak
Hi, have a pretty severe trunk leak in my 95 Civic EX. I traced the leak to a couple of tubes that run down each side of the trunk. I'm guessing those might be the sunroof drain tubes? Here's a few pics and a video, any suggestions?
