The washer like peiche is attached to the line im holding. Visibly above the yellow mark

just recently thought my timing belt was going bad when it turned out to be my ac belt. I didn’t have ac anyways so i cut it off after learning that. The guys who told me it was the ac belt were trying to troubleshoot my rough idle too, and they did by unattatching and reattaching some sensors but while they were messing around by the throttle body and iacv a wire came loose. It looks kinda like a washer and idk what its for or if its even the problem. I was able to drive it home but when i added more than moderate or even low amounts of pressure to the gas peddle it would stall and start shutting down. The only way to accelerate was to rev in little incriments.
