95 civic ex recirculation
Hi i have a 1995 civic ex coupe. I have a little problem with my air recirculation button it works fine at night but during day time when it's really warm it doesn't seem to come on unless it press on it really hard and keep my finger there. And also this weird noise when i start my car https://youtu.be/vdtniF5k-gY .. had this car for about 3 years none of the mechanics i went to are able to tell me what causes this weird noise. Thank you

Kinda sounds like a phone ringing?
Does it still make the noise if you only turn the key on but not start the engine?
Use your eyes and ears, track down where it comes from.
