95 civic idle issue
Ok so I have a d16z6 engine, it's manual and the idle was always really rough, from startup to even warm, it was always surging up and down, so I've been looking for idle fixing issues, today I clened the IACV and now when I went to start it, it wouldn't even start unless I had my foot on the gas and wouldn't stay running either until I had my foot on the gas, what could the issue be? Is it just a bad iacv? Help please
