OK so I spun all four rod bearing going down the road not to long ago so I went and got another motor for my 91 ef out of a 96 civic when I got the motor it had a a bunch of new parts fly wheel timing belt ect so I put it in the car. Now the motor I got came out of a car that had been rolled has less then 150000 miles on it. I used the same intake throttle body header ect I used on the other motor yes I replace gaskets. The car runs good when cold and warming up other then a slight Honda ideal. But when the motor gets to temperature it starts acting like it lacks air or gas while going down the road idealing its fine but touch the gas and it starts acting up and trying to back fire through the intake unless I smash it to the floor. No its not the timing LOl. Anyone have any ideas its driving me crazy

See if the MAP and TPS connectors got switched around?
