Cant figure out why my 97 DX bogs out

Cant figure out why my 97 DX bogs out
Did a recent top end rebuild and ever since I have had troubles with it both, over heating and bogging down with no power behind the pedal in 1st-3rd gears... With the over heating problem I have replaced the thermostat, water pump (which was a pain in the ***) and the cooling fan sensor, all working properly but still over heating. My main problem is the loss of power behind the throttle. Any suggestions please reply or PM me. THANKS!!!

No its not. The can and crank shafts are both timed right
