Idle Hunting - Code 7?
1990 Civic DX 1.5L
Symptoms: Idle hunts only after it warms up. Sometimes throws a code 7 and then it will stop hunting and idle OK.
Fix Attempts:
1. Replaced IACV - No Help.
2. TPS voltage all the way to the ECU. Varies between .6 to 4.1 VDC.
3. Bled coolant system - OK
4. Spraying carb cleaner around the tandem valve control diaphragm gives a change. I think this is what its called.
Any ideas? Can #4 leak and cause this problem? Thanks kevin
