New Guy Trying to get 1990 Civic Smogged
Hi from Humboldt County California!
I just bought this 1990 Civic DX with a DI6A6 engine for $600, and I now I need to get it smogged before I start worrying about anything else. I'm not sure if it will pass with the cold air intake, and I just noticed the spark plug wires aren't seated onto the valve cover. I don't think the wires should stick out like this. If anybody has a quick answer to either question, I'd appreciate it. I'll be searching around in the meantime. I'm planning to try getting it smogged tomorrow. Thinking about printing out my own CARB EO sticker for the cold air intake and getting new spark plug wires.
Has anyone dealt with these issues before? Thanks!
