Rep Power: 0 '91 Accord fuse box work in '91 Civic?
Hi folks,
I have a 1991 Civic DX 4-door. My mechanic in my previous town had told me I'd need a new fuse box, had said he'd keep an eye out for such in the junk yards. I recently saw & bought one off eBay, only to find the seller had mistakenly listed a '91 Accord fuse box as one for a '91 Civic. Seller's apologetic and ready to pay return postage, but do I really need to return it?
Does anyone know if a '91 Accord fuse box will work in a '91 Civic? My (hopefully accurate) understanding from my old mechanic was that it was the housing/wiring that needed to be replaced, not just particular fuses. Sadly, I know squat re fixing stuff myself and am not in a position to start messing with anything under the hood at this point.
Anyone have experience with this out there?
--I should clarify, this is the fuse box under the hood not under the dash.
