90 Civic LX Hatch couple of problems

Ok... Hello fellow civic owners... I have a 1990 Honda Civic LX hatchback... and I have an unsolved problem... My driver side door registers "open" and (according to the car) I am unbuckled... when neither of them are occuring... It especially occurs when I brake heavy, take right corners, and shift at high RPMs... I've checked the wires and they are fine... I just want the damn light to quit flashing in mah face. My rear hatch wiper doesn't work to add another problem. plz help ASAP. PS I'm new

Check your dash fuses, I have a feeling one of them is going bad.

Also check and see if power is going down the wires to your rear wiper motor.
