Engine Whistling at idle

Can anyone listen to the youtube video I did capturing the sound made in my commuter 91 Honda Civic. Again it does it when idle and also while driving. Is this a belt or alternater bearing? Any ideas.

Have you cleaned your air intake filter/box?
Try that, because it might be that causing your whistle problem. Or it could be a leaking vacuum line.
