Question 93 Civic Hatch, B18B1 swap idle/jerking problems

Hey i have a 93 civic hatch with a B18B1 swap, It also has Brian Crower cams so i am aware the revs will fluctuate at idle because of the cams.
At cold start up it will idle at 2000rpm, after it warms up it will drop down to about 800 at idle, but it will also drop up and down from 100-1000rpm and very rarely it will just stall out, i cleaned out the IACV with some break cleaner already and it seemed to keep the idle at 800rpm for about an hour but then the problem reoccurred.
Second Problem:
When driving at a constant rpm 2000-3000 usually in 4th or 5th gear, the car will jerk/hesitate, but as soon as i step on the gas a little it will power through the jerk or hesitation.
Im still learning a lot about my car and how to find and fix the problems, Help on these would be much appreciated.
I always put 91 or 94 octane in the tank

Thanks
