lots of noise

lots of noise Trying to determine what's going on but I'm just not sure. When driving down the road my car has this bump and grind noise coming from underneath...I've pulled the brakes and checked them and the rotor...all look good...also sounds like popping from under there as well...its an automatic...speaking of that...if I'm in D4 between 25-42mph it likes to jump and shake...but if I'm in D3 it doesn't do it...any ideas?
