Starter won't stop cranking
Starter won't stop cranking
Context:
When I put my key in and turn it to position II, I should see the dash lights, radio and such, but the car shouldn't crank. When I switch to position III it should crank. When I let go of the key, it should automatically go back to position II.
For some reason, when I go to position II, it starts cranking, starts the car up nice and fast, and keeps cranking. Note, this is BEFORE going to position III. I did try to go to III and back, but it still kept cranking.
If I pull my "starter signal" fuse, the car starts and acts as normal. Now, I'm pretty sure that fuse is used for something, so I'd like to get it back in there AND have the car crank like normal. Any ideas?
