1994 Honda Civic Wont Start

My 1994 honda civic wont start. I have replaced the distributor the plugs and wires, map sensor, throttle position sensor, ignition switch and every once in a while it will start for maybe a minute then shut off all the other times it doesnt start. It has code 15 coming up which is ignition output signal. Does anyone know what it could be???

It has got to be the ECU , you have replaced everything else. You should be able to find one on ebay for 30 or 40 bucks. Or if you have any friends with the same car, swap one in to test it.

Check your fuel relay under the drivers dash. They are known to have cracks in the solder.
