94 Civic EX won't start after compression test
I got ahead of myself and did not disable the fuel pump or ignition when performing a compression test (it was good) and now the car won't start. Any ideas???? Maybe too much fuel pumped in and fouling plugs??
Thanks
Thanks

You need to see what is missing: Spark, fuel, compression....
If it is missing spark, you probably just need a new coil.
A little bit of testing would confirm this theory before wasting your hard earned coin on a wild guess.
There will be a pinhole burned through the side of it, you can see the discolored area once it is out of the distributor and the steel plate is removed from the side of it.
Don't bother asking why I know this.

check your spark. hook up a plug and set the metal base on metal on the engine so its grounded. have someone crank the car and check for spark. its possible something happened to the coil or ignitor if u didn't disable ignition. if it has spark as ezone said check spark fuel and compression. when doing compression tests i disable ignition and check one cylinder at a time. fuel u might need a pressure tester. or just crank it over then pull a plug to see if it has fuel on it
