Strut tower housing cracks. Fixable?

Strut tower housing cracks. Fixable? 94 Civic EX. Previous owner installed coilovers and then evidently decided to drive over speed bumps at high speed all day.
Im just wondering if it's possible to weld the cracks or if there is another solution. Thanks!

well if nothin is warped or bent then a good weld should get it but u will have to get the right penatration on the weld cause if u dont then the weld will break

Someone did some overtightening there. Is it a physical crack in the steel or is it the paint cracking??? It's hard to tell in the picture. Don't drive the car like that if you like being alive cuz that shiz is dangggerous. Take it to a body shop and get a suggestion from them... err... Tow it to a body shop.
