ignition/ steering wheel locked

i have an 86 honda civic si. the sterring wheel is locked, the ignition is locked. I can't turn the ignition with my key, and i can't unlock the steering wheel. ive tried pressing in the clutch, nothing. please help

try wiggling the steering wheel and the key the same time
