car wont go over 180
my car wont go over 180km/h i have a 93 si hatch with b18b in it b18 tranny it doesnt hit rev limeter or any thing it does 180 in 4th gear and when u shift to 5 it drobs the revs to 5500 and wont go any faster?? any ideas on wuts wrong

The ECU has a rev limiter designed to prevent you from exceeding 180km/h for obvious reasons.
Since I doubt your achieving those speeds on a race track the thread is closed.
