Got a killer deal on a 95 civic...3 weeks or so later,still don't have it.Why?
Guy said he COULD put a prelude motor H23 or 22 in it,ok cool.There is this one thing so far stopping this,something about a drivers side axle...Hmm to save a little more time,anybody know where I can buy an actual axle that would hook up...I know this post is slightly vague and will put more info up answering questions as I get them and can get info on car and motor,I'm new to this so please help CIVIC GODS...Thanx

It's a hard expensive swap and he is butchering it. Don't buy the car.

Yeah got it,so many small things wrong,1st things 1st,It's an H23 motor from a 96 Prelude.After fiddling around got it idling about right,prob is when taking off mostly sounds and feels like it's not getting the right amount of gas?Wants to sputter or bog down,but then takes off.Its a very fast car I think.Screams in 3 gears.Just want it to drive normal(forget drinking a soda in it).Also has some ignorant coil over springs,what do you suggest replacing with.Exhaust is around 1" off the ground and no catalatic converter.So as of now can't get inspected yet.Think it will be a good car once I get those issues done.That's it for now thanx...Really everyone on vacation or what,anyone got answered?
