90 civic wont start

90 civic wont start ok so i have a 90 civic dx with the d15b2 dual point injection... it was running awesome then one day i got home and i pulled the plug wires and they were all covered with oil... i fixed all the seals and stuff so theres no more leak... but the car wont start, when i did the work i replaced all gaskets and seals, new plugs, new wires.. idk, i know that the motor is gettin spark and gas.... when i can get it started, it idles fine but if i give it gas it cuts out... thanks for your time..
