I have this 86' 2.0 Si Prelude and i recently had to put a new starter in. Well, after I had done that it went well for about a week and a half then one day I went to turn the key and all i heard was a click. i tried and triend but it wouldn't start... so i opened the hood tapped the starter... nothing. i unplugged the battery for 10 seconds... NOTHING! then i got back in and started turning the key repeatedly until it finally started again... now i have to do this trick everytime to start it. Can someone tell me the possibilities so I can fix the problem. I have school and this is my only source of transportation. Please Help!

Could be a bad battery, distributor, ignition switch, main relay, or fuel pump. When you start the car can you hear the fuel pump prime (whine) for 2 seconds? Do you hear any weird clicks (main relay)? Is it running bad? If you can hear the fuel pump prime and no weird clicks from the main relay, then check the battery voltage and check for spark. If the battery is good and you have spark it's probably the ignition switch.
