Need to fix broken door panels

The door panels on my 2000 honda civic are broken. More specifically, if you take off the door panel the arm rest is all cracked up and the only thing holding the pieces together is the fabric that it's sticking to.

I want to fix it and make it solid again.

The only thing I've been able to think of is bondo, but I don't know enough about it. So any suggestions would be magnificent.

save yourself the aggravation and just go to a junkyard and get new door panels. i picked up a set with the rear deck and a few other lil pieces for like 50 bucks. good luck
