Civic '97 hatchback, D16b6 with turbo.

Hi everyone. I bought someone project. Dude who sell my this car swapped D14 to D16b6 and added a turbocharger from Forester. Its a pretty cool car, but, I am thinking about to add some more horses to it.
My question is next, will changing the head from D16z5 with VTEC work good with turbo?

Not well enough to feel anything. You'll need new internals to make any difference.

not much meaning of having a VTEC or not with turbo.

You will not feel a difference if all you change is the head. The block is the weak point. Pistons, connecting rods/bearings - or a better tune - are where you should be aiming if you want more power.
