First let me say that I would love nothing more than being able to toy with these kids around my neighborhood in a d series non- vtec. I started firstly with 600 cash to buy this automatic nightmare in less than poor condition.I immediately had to replace not one but two cv axles(150$) along with a set of used KYB's(125$)and front and rear "stabilizer bars"(60$). I grew disgusted at the amount of oil this thing was leaking or using and how miserably slow it washttps://www.civicforums.com/forums/images/icons/icon9.gif,so i dropped it at the shop for an overhaul(1116$). https://www.civicforums.com/forums/i.../icon14.gif.30 over was the largest kit offered besides a .50 over kit that I had heard bad things about. The motor is incredibly strong after a DC header and a Y8 intake manifold. Bought all the parts for a five speed swap(550$) installing next week, well in the mean time I am trying to explore other avenues of naturally aspired upgrades, any input will be greatly appreciated. interested in any parts that anyone might have for sale.




I really believe that i can get real results while straying from V-TEC...Thank you in advance for any info
