Who Know's What?
Hey now all,
I have a 1998 Civic LX 5spd that is a bare bones car and I need some honest input on the subject of suspension and how to beef up the front end to take the day to day abuse of city driving as a courier.
Lots of miles go on the car each week so I'm looking for a suspension that will, in a sence, be heavy duty, but won't turn the car into something that will feel like it's crashing over some of the small stuff.
I don't want to lower the car and if any thing wouldn't mind another half inch in height.
I was driving through D.T. Ottawa Thursday evening and came a cross another Civic with a nice set of wheels and a leather interior from an Acura EX and he handed me a card for Japan Power and mentioned Kenny U-Pull and said that these are good places to start so I'll check them out to se what's what.
In the mean time, if anyone has any suggestions as to which type(s) of suspension or combination of components might be what I'm looking for, please feels free to send them my way. I've started the bank roll and when it reaches the goal I'll shell out for the parts and get to work.
Looking forward to hearing something from someone.

another one...
a 6th gen civic, which is yours, have a substantially different suspension than a 7th gen, which is the section you posted...
7th gen owners might not be able to help you unless they have had a 6th gen.
Also, do-it-yourselves section is for guys that DO IT, not for the ones that want to ask questions.
in a few words, post on the right section as instructed during the time you registered.
