Re: Help Help Help...

Strut/shocks may have went out and may need to be replaced. If they didnt replace the OEM ones and just lowered it, this would make sense. Just an idea. Others will be able to add more.

Do you know if they are the OEM strut/shocks? Because the OEM cant handle a very big drop.

Yep ... sounds like they only replaced the springs with lowering springs which would cause that awful bounce when you go over bumps. My buddy has a 95 integra that he only replaced the springs on and he has the same problem as you. Sounds like your shocks have gotten worn down to the point of not working in the 2 years since it was lowered. You will need to replace the shocks with something more reliable. I advice spending the extra money for some good full coilover dampers that has ride height adjustment so you won't have that bounce when going over bumps.

I saw a full set of skunk 2 full coilovers on ebay for $700 or so ... you can find some no name brands for cheaper too, but research the manufacturer before you buy them (google).

100% dampers. pick up some Koni, Bilstien, Tokico or what ever brand you like and call it a day.
