Was looking at my new springs before they're installed and two of them have small knicks in coating and the metal is visable. Is this bad or have the possibilty to go sour if they're installed?

well the coating is just cosmetic so they dont rust, i mean i doubt anything will happen, my old springs have some chunks of the outer layer missing but im not about to replace the spring again.

The springs will rust eventually anyways. So the little nick will have no effect.
