How can you take the whole power outlet out wires and all ?

How can you take the whole power outlet out wires and all ? 98 honda civic .. the wires that connect my power outlet to the power supply are all cut up and need to be replaced . I can't find the other end that's up in the car to unplug the wires and replace them though ... any ideas ..HELP ?

The aux port (cigarette lighter port) has the wires cut?
The wires should run to the fuse box. If they wires are cut you can either fish news through or run new wires from the fuse panel to the outlet.
**If they are cut and still long enough to reach you could solder and heat shrink then wires together.
