Chime not working right

Chime not working right
2000 Civic DX. My headlight, seatbelt, door, and key chimes are not working properly. I checked all fuses and they are all good. I checked all the door switches and they are working. When the door open it has ground and when the door closes it at 0. The only thing is the dome light stay on when all the doors are closed so I cant use the door position on the dome light. Plus when the seatbelt is disconnected the seatbelt icon on dash lights up but no chime. Has anyone had this issues. The only time the chimes turn on is when I first start the car.
