I just bought a 2003 civic SiR the other day and me and a buddy were installing a new pioneer deck. That thing was hell since the old owner completely screwed the wiring up, but that's not the problem. Before we could get it working, after we cut the speaker wires off the old harness my power door locks stopped working. I cannot use them at all. Can't use the keyless entry or the power locks on the inside on either door. What could it be

Popped a fuse maybe, when you install a head unit ,make sure you disconnect the battery bc if something goes wrong it will pop fuses

yeah it is a fuse ,,,,it happened to me oncee!
