scattered info (want to replace speedo bulbs)
scattered info (want to replace speedo bulbs)
I simply want to replace the screw in bulbs for my honda civic lx 4 dr auto.
Too much scattered info on it.
I don't want to do any wiring or soldering.
Does anyone know about getting the right number.
Im confused. From what i know is u have to have maybe 9-14.8 volt bulbs (leds)
I called the company and they said they dont get hot.
Is this link a good one?

Re: scattered info (want to replace speedo bulbs)
its really easy to doit on that dash i just took mine apart last night has total of 7 bulbs that light up the gauges but nothing serious just screw off pull the small bulb out put the new one then screw it back on and done and i actually ordered my light bulbs from the same web site but before you order anything make sure the led bulb fits cause if its too big it wont fit i know the ones i bought fit for sure this is the second time doing this would u like me to send you the links? and also theres 2 bulbs on top you will see them when u take it apart if you compare them to all thenother ones you take off they are the only 2 that dont have like a blue cover they are clear but the reason why cause where those 2 specific ones light up theres like a blue film tint you have to take that off in order to get the actual white LED if not its gonna look blue.
Re: scattered info (want to replace speedo bulbs)
The ones on top actually give the lighting for the cluster. The needles and numbers reflect off the light from top. I changed those to amber and kept the backlighting for the numbers stock color.
