Take the bumper off and there will be marki g were to cut out then mount the brackets to the appropriate spots, do a google search theres tons of diy's out there for this just make sure ur looking at 99-00

The wiring is the same if you use the DIY I posted, However you will have to cut your bumper where the fog lighs go, When you take it off you will see where they are suposed to be.
