I bought a Pioneer P5200HD plus a harness to go in my 2000 Civic EX. I didn't buy a dash kit because I found out I didn't need it.
I finally have the unit installed in the whole assembly. It worked perfectly for the most part, but the piece that goes underneath the radio is loose now. The screw assembly that held it on each side to the factory radio has no place to attach on the Pioneer. Any suggestions as to how I can secure this piece?

Also, I did solder the connections from the harness to the Pioneer cabling, but there are two loose orange wires coming from the harness. I'm farly certain they're just dimmer wires, which the Pioneer doesn't support, but is this a problem?
