1998 civic ex keyless entry problem.
i recently bought my civic and i was looking at the manual and i saw it said the ex came standard with keyless entry and after doing some research i found out you need the radio that came with the car. and since it is so hard to find one, plus since i spent alot of money installing a stereo i bought, i was wondering if i can simply just install a different keyless entry. like one not made by honda. is it possible?

Very much so! You can get a keyless entry installed for somewhere between $100 to $200 depending on what brand and features you get hooked up!
