99 Doors on a 97 Civic
I have a 97 ex and I got complete Si doors from a 99. I put the doors on my car and plugged everything in but my door locks do not work, the power windows do work. Is there a difference in the door harness that would cause this?

No, I looked and they're the same part numbers. Look for loose connections, a bad wire (most likely in the hinge area), or a bad master switch in the driver's door. If your getting voltage in but not out of the switch then it's bad.
