2000 Civic No power to A/C Compressor and Condenser fan

2000 Civic No power to A/C Compressor and Condenser fan
replace the fuse box, test the blower, ground the fan and it works but when we try run it from the car it seems like there is no power going to the fan. any suggestion would greatly appericiated
