Missing from the get go!

I've got a '96 civic and has been sputtering for a week. I did the basic tune-up, cap,rotor, wires, plugs. also put in a new O2 sensor. Still to no avail this problem is pssing me off. anyone else had this problem? if you say check for a vacuum leak, already did that. fuel pressure? got it. injectors? they work. the only thing i can thin of is the ignition module.

clean out the MAP sensor and basically any sensor hooked to the throttle body. clean out the TB too

check the IAC valve bolted to throttle body or fast idle thermo valve if you have it? thats usually why car wont idle, cause its clogged up and not allowing air to pass around the closed TB flap.
